  Was asked about my tire psi but they were never physically check or filled even though it was marked off on the paperwork as done. Wiper fluid marked as refilled, it wasn’t. Wasn’t offered to replace my air filter because the guy couldn’t figure out how to get it out so I had to request it as the tried to push payment when no services were completed yet. They tried to refill my oil before they even emptied it out.

  The technicians were very polite and courteous had amazing customer service fulfilled everything that needed to be done. Definitely will make another trip here again thanks and have a blessed day.

  WARNING – If you want to damage your car’s transmission and end up having to replace it, take your car to this Valvoline location—they will do it really well. I took my car to this location in January, as I normally do. It was not the first time I had taken my cars there for oil changes or other fluid replacements in the past. I expected the people working there to know what they were doing, but that was not the case. They replaced the transmission fluid, and two months later my transmission was damaged. When I took my car to a repair shop, they told me that something was wrong with the transmission fluid and that it was most likely replaced incorrectly or that the wrong fluid was used. Now I have to replace the entire transmission, all because the Valvoline technicians did a terrible job. They have lost a customer, and I am doing my part by sharing with family and friends what can happen to their cars. Think twice before taking your car to this Valvoline. Next time, it could be you who has to replace your transmission—or even your engine—because of their poor work.

  Jeremy helped me out and was very professional. I’m usually very skeptical about getting my oil changed but between him and the manager Sean I knew I could trust what they were doing under the hood. Recommend this store to anybody in the area!

  I should have went with my gut feeling as soon as I pulled in but I hoped for the best because I had been here a few times through the years and there was always an older gentleman that knew what he was doing. Not this time, unfortunately. My daughter and I had just left work and school, stopped by for what was supposed to be a quick oil change but turned out having to be pushed out of garage, being towed to a mechanic. A few young guys working, not sure there was even a manager. Had me pay before service which was first red flag. Wasn't on the screen where I could watch, which my daughter enjoyed years past. Didn't check any of my lights, filters, wipers, top off any fluids, none of what was done in past. I didn't even know what to say at the time, I was just ready to go. Then they had me start my car up, loud constant roaring sound. I do drive an older car, lots of miles but had a transmission put in Nov 2024, been running great ever since. They pushed us out and that was it. Tow truck driver tells me that he had picked up a few cars there, mechanic shop tells me they had received a few cars after going there. I have yet to find out what's wrong with my car because this was a spurt of the moment drop off but now here I am, trying to figure out how my daughter and I are going to get around. It just wasn't the same experience we ever had before, just a bored staff.
