- ZWZachary WilliamsApr 3, 20262.0I took my fiancée’s car up to get new tires and the balance and checking the alignment. The alignment was pretty straight when I dropped it off. I got it back and now it’s hard pulling right. And a hub cap was forgotten to be put back on. They call me about the the cap I tell them about the alignment they apologize and offer to get it fixed. So we drop her car back off an when we get it back the alignment is still off hard pulling right. Nice people. Shoddy workmanship. I’ll be paying more to go to Firestone from now because at least I know it will be done right.
