    The Milford location came through for me after another company left me hanging. Enterprise had what I needed with less than a 24 hour notice on Spring Break week. They even called and told me I could pickup sooner than anticipated since they got the vehicle back and cleaned earlier than scheduled. Great staff and such a super easy process! I’ll go straight to them for my rental needs next time!

    Had to use a rental while my car was being repaired. They had a vehicle waiting for me when I dropped my car off. I was able to leave it at the repair shop when finished, which helped me out a lot as well.

    Recently we rented a full size SUV from Enterprise in Milford, OH. Unfortunately the first vehicle we were given had a problem with the seat motor which resulted in me not being able to reach the pedals. Jacob the store manager instantly became involved with the situation and began promptly working on a solution. Ultimately it was determined the seat could not be repaired quickly so he began looking for a replacement vehicle at another location since he did not have one there. Jacob was able to get another full size suv delivered to the lot and he had us on the road with a new vehicle in less than an hour. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this location.
