He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure my car was good to go before I left. The customer service was excellent and I really appreciated how respectful and helpful he was. Thank you, Jeremy, for the great service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

My oil change itself only took about 15 minutes like they promise. They do get busy around lunch time so do be prepared to wait for a while but it is worth it to not have to change my oil myself. 😉

They always get you in and out fast. You can tell they care about your time, and more importantly, your car. I've always liked Valvoline, but this one in particular is the best. It's the only one I go to anymore. I love this location!

I got it in Florence with Joseph Subaru but I don’t want to drive there anymore for an oil change, plus they were open weekends. Valvoline aligned with my schedule and was fast, I didn’t make an appointment either. Justin, Logan’s, Adrian and Elijah serviced my vehicle and it was a fast in and out. (Even though I was the only vehicle and came within first hour of opening) I appreciate Justin, he was very polite and informative. I didn’t feel like I was haggled and I was informed the differences between 2 different oils for my vehicle. I’m glad I chose this, saved me time and I felt the quality was efficient.

Decided to do mine because I had the spare time and save myself $50 went to go take the oil filter off and it was on so tight I could barely get it off and Before you say something stupid like it could’ve Gotten tighter overtime or seized up or there supposed to be on that tight no it couldn't of and no there not . I went to Auto Mechanic’s class in Live Oaks and graduated I thought it was common sense not to overTighten an oil filter That’s what I get for being lazy And letting someone else mess with it, never again I feel sorry for anyone getting or has gotten oil changes from whoever did mine here at the Milford Valvoline didn’t think you needed training for a oil change but I guess I was wrong
