I take all four of my family vehicles to TD in Milford. Bill and his team do a great job servicing our cars and I appreciate how quickly they get the work done. They communicate well which makes for a great overall experience. I’ve been a customer for at least 15 years and that will continue.

Never again will I be trusting enough to go here. Car was there all day. I called an hour before I got off work to ask the status of it, was told it was “on the rack, couple more turns and it’ll be good to go”. Got there, no new tires, no honest communication. Keep your tires. I can go lots of other places.

Had a lug nut that was stripped and couldn’t get off. No questions asked these got me right in, got the lug nut off and didn’t charge me a penny. We will be going here from now on for all work that needs done! ( they do everything)

EDIT: Management reached out to me and got a description of the employee I interacted with. Dave was very nice and down to earth, offered me a free oil change for my time. Scheduled an appointment for 230pm online, with multiple open windows shown. I get there and the man at the desk said they were fully booked and can't get me in, and suggested I schedule a whole week later. Unprofessional and clearly disorganized company if their online scheduler can't even reflect the shops schedule, and a complete and udder waste of both of our time.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
