Dave was very nice and down to earth, offered me a free oil change for my time. Scheduled an appointment for 230pm online, with multiple open windows shown. I get there and the man at the desk said they were fully booked and can't get me in, and suggested I schedule a whole week later. Unprofessional and clearly disorganized company if their online scheduler can't even reflect the shops schedule, and a complete and udder waste of both of our time.
