  Recently we rented a full size SUV from Enterprise in Milford, OH. Unfortunately the first vehicle we were given had a problem with the seat motor which resulted in me not being able to reach the pedals. Jacob the store manager instantly became involved with the situation and began promptly working on a solution. Ultimately it was determined the seat could not be repaired quickly so he began looking for a replacement vehicle at another location since he did not have one there. Jacob was able to get another full size suv delivered to the lot and he had us on the road with a new vehicle in less than an hour. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this location.

  The staff and management at the Milford, OH location are friendly and efficient. They are the best I have found at any location.

  Every single person I came into contact with was more than accommodating!! I had to exchange my orginal rental car because the back tire was going flat and due to the sub zero temps along with some issue with the valve stem it wouldn't stay inflated. The milford location worked quickly and diligently to find me a location to exchange the vehicle that was close to me and were even willing to stay past their closing time to ensure I was taken care of. The folks at the Montgomery location were equally as fantastic!! I even stopped in the Amelia location on 125 and she was super as well!!!! Absolutely fantastic customer service and what a smooth experience it was for me, especially since I wasnt planning on renting a vehicle any time soon, but the universe had other plans when another driver slammed into the back if me totalling my vehicle. Sorry its so lengthy, I just literally cant say enough about how amazing they all were.

  Brady and Jake were amazing outstanding customer service. Even helped keep the communication clear with USAA on extending the rental agreement and extending it so I had a vehicle for the full duration of my car being at the dealership for repairs. They even made sure I had the same make and model of my car for comfort and convenience, which I truly appreciated during an already stressful situation. Brady and Jake went above and beyond to make the process smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Their professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care made a big difference. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend working with them to anyone needing a rental.

  All of the associates were absolutely fantastic. My truck was taken for repairs and let me tell you this entire process could not have been any easier from start to finish. Cars were clean and staff was extremely respectful I will absolutely use enterprise any time I need a rental car again!
