  Wow made a appointment on the website for this morning that's when it had a open time just got a text saying that time wasn't available. Need to take the appointment maker off your web site. That's ok the last time I was in the services I asked for wasn't done right on my other car ,was gonna give you all another chance but I guess it's the same as last time not a place I'll go back to.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Tire Discounters. I do want to recognize Jinx, who was extremely kind and professional throughout the interaction. She was the only person there who treated me with respect and actually seemed interested in helping. Unfortunately, the experience with the service technicians was the complete opposite. After my tire was serviced, I noticed clear damage on the inside of my rim that was not there prior to the appointment. When I brought it to their attention, instead of acknowledging the concern, the technicians repeatedly told me that it was “just cosmetic” and that “you can’t see the inside of the rim anyway.” I repeated multiple times that I understood it was cosmetic, but that wasn’t the point. The point is that a brand-new rim that had no damage before the service was returned to me scratched afterward. Whether it’s visible or not, it still shouldn’t happen when you trust a shop with your vehicle. What made the situation worse was the attitude. The technicians were condescending and dismissive, talking to me like I didn’t understand what I was looking at rather than addressing the concern professionally. The interaction felt incredibly disrespectful and honestly came across as very patronizing. When customers bring up a legitimate concern, they deserve to be taken seriously—not brushed off because the damage is somewhere you “can’t see.” Again, Jinx was wonderful, but the careless handling of my wheel and the way the technicians handled the situation left a very bad impression. I would strongly recommend documenting your wheels before bringing them here.

  100% will be coming here any and every time I need something! Patrick and staff are FAN - freaking - TASTIC! So glad kind people are still here on this earth! We had an emergency and these guys helped us 10 mins before close! Thank you, thank you, thank you so much!

  i love my new michelin sports. great workmanship from the techs. salespeople are super helpful, ask for Jinx she’s the best.

  Had slit tire, i brought it in Ur company had tire that similar to my Toyota tire and was able to replace tire in 15 mins. Also rim/wheel edge was bent. Ur senior guy Patric was able to bend rim/wheel to somewhat correct fix. Saved me $250 from Toyota for new wheel. I am sold with Jean and Patric and Tire Discounters in Middletown ohio. A new faithful customer. Best help ever from Jean and Patric. Thank u for your outstanding help and price for new tires and repaired wheel.. Vickie Hall.
