- RRrob robJan 29, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience with M&M Towing. The customer service was beyond horrible. The lady I spoke with was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive from the moment she answered the phone. She talked over me, had a nasty attitude, and acted like I was a burden for simply asking questions about my vehicle. There was zero professionalism, zero patience, and no effort to explain anything clearly. Instead of trying to help, she spoke in a condescending tone and made the situation more stressful than it already was. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially for a business that deals with people who are already frustrated or in a tough situation. If this is how they treat customers, I can’t imagine trusting them with anyone’s vehicle. I would strongly advise people to look elsewhere unless you want to be talked to disrespectfully and left feeling angry and unheard.
