  Veldis and coworkers were great! I showed up running late with 3 minutes until close and raining. They did not act like I was any trouble and made me feel like I was the most important customer of the day. They were very pleasant and made my rushed day go way better. Glad to see customer service is still alive and well here. Thanks for all the help!

  Set up rental for a van, but they were on recall. About to be miffed, but Veldis King saved the day by finding a 2026 model. It fit the bill. Appreciate the courtesy and professionalism

  Vehicle was good. Service, I didn't get the best service. Guy basically took my credit card and told me the car was in the middle row. No walk around, no inspection, just here's they key and pointed where the door was.

His patience is unmatched never rushed, never pushy just consistently focused on making sure everything is right for you. What really impressed me is how knowledgeable he is.
