    Took my car to for an oil change, first time at this location. During the service they offer you a new air filter in which mine was just replaced last oil change. Obviously they took apart the air box to pull the filter out. Once I drove away I noticed my car didn’t sound right. When I get home I noticed they threw the filter back in incorrectly and didn’t take the time to actually put everything back together correctly. The lid wasn’t lined up right there for screws didn’t line up and weren’t even secured. Something so simple and unacceptable.

    awful experience. i asked the manager henry if he had any coupons or discounts for the oil change service and he said if i let him babysit my 13 year old daughter he would do the service for free. so unprofessional
