    Today I pulled into this location. Middletown Ohio on Breil. From the moment I pulled in to thr parking lot, the team (Baron, James, Dixon) took spectacular care of me. Wow the customer service reminded me of Les Schwab in Oregon. Priceless! When you find a place that is dedicated to doing their jobs well, with the customer in mind, its Priceless. Thank you to the team in Middletown Ohio for your service and support on my visit. I will be back and sing your praises to others along with a solid recommendation. Compliments to the owner and manager. The team is definitely showing a reflection of your commitment.

    Took my car to for an oil change, first time at this location. During the service they offer you a new air filter in which mine was just replaced last oil change. Obviously they took apart the air box to pull the filter out. Once I drove away I noticed my car didn’t sound right. When I get home I noticed they threw the filter back in incorrectly and didn’t take the time to actually put everything back together correctly. The lid wasn’t lined up right there for screws didn’t line up and weren’t even secured. Something so simple and unacceptable.
