  Jinx and JR was amazing! They were able to replace my tire the same day with a brand-new one. The whole team was fantastic. Shawan even brought my milk inside and put it in the refrigerator so I wouldn’t have to go home with spoiled milk. I was completely surprised and impressed by this team’s enthusiasm and exceptional customer service.

  JR and the team on Monday 1.5 did an awesome job helping me get some new tires slapped on my Mustang. I had already made an appointment for 10am with the tires I wanted in my online cart. I get a call right at 8am letting me know they wouldn’t be there in time for a 10am install but they were able to text me when they got in around 1. Dropped the car off and was ready to go in about 2-3 hours. Good team and awesome service.

  If I could give them 0 stars I certainly would. The older guy, with white hair(manager) will lie directly to your face about price, timing, and ability to actually perform the requested maintenance. My wife purchased 4 tires there, basically 1000 dollars later we received a substandard set of tires ive never even heard of. My wife, trying to kill 2 birds with 1 stone, also had them perform a high mileage service on the vehicle. Basically the only service we needed, and my wife asked multiple times to make sure that they do, was to have the rear differential replaced. When she went to pick it up they informed her that they couldn't change the rear differential on a Honda crv and that they refunded the 80 something service. In total we payed like 700 for services we really didn't require and I'm not certain we're even performed at all to be honest. This all transpired close to 6 months ago. I am writing this review now because I just went there to have one of our tires plugged and noticed that they are still advertising the package we purchased.....with the rear differential service included. I informed them that they really shouldn't advertise the rssr differential piece, because they don't perform them on Honda. The white haired man semi rudely responded that they did that service on Honda. I told him my experience, and that I felt I was horribly ripped off. He unapologetically stated, "we cant know if we can change it until we get into it" Im certain this isn't true.....clearly you are inept as a mechanic and do not mind lying to drum up business. Do not take any issue here if you value your time, money, and vehicle maintenance

  Scheduled a 1:30 PM appointment on 12/3/25 for four brand-new tires after confirming over the phone that I would be waiting due to my work schedule. Arrived early, handed over my keys, and returned around 3 PM to find my vehicle untouched. At 4:20 PM, I was finally told—after clear confusion—that the wrong tires had been installed. What happened next was extremely unprofessional: a heated argument broke out between the front desk staff and technicians in front of customers, including profanity loud enough that an elderly gentleman and I were both visibly shocked. That same gentleman had been waiting since 10 AM and was only notified at 4:30 PM that they only had 3 of his 4 tires in stock, despite never giving him any updates. I finally left at 5:45 PM, over four hours later, with no apology, no explanation, and zero ownership of the mistakes made. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had—from wrong installation, to poor communication, to witnessing internal conflicts in front of customers. Completely unacceptable for a company that is typically known for reliability and professionalism.
