I’ve never been offered the opportunity to remain in the car while the oil was being changed; how wonderful! I opted to wait in the lobby, but it is definitely an option I’ll consider in the future! They left my car clean (and didn’t mess with my seat and mirror settings!) and I felt that I wasn’t being coerced into buying unnecessary things. I was in and out quickly and felt safe and well taken care of while there. Five stars!
