- KBKyler BengalSep 19, 20251.0Rented a 25 jeep wrangler with 15k miles. No issues until coming back after a week trip to gatlinburg. Vehicle broke down about 1 1/2 hrs from home. Threw a check engine light and was running rough. Called enterprise they sent a tow. Tow showed up, he demanded i put my luggage and 5yr old out to the curb because he had things to do. I refused to do so, obivously.... until my Uber showed he left us without saying a word. I contacted enterprise had to do so multiple times as I was hung up on or left on hold for 15 mins+. Was told an Uber was sent out he called 15 mins late to say I need to cancel and call another uber.... I called enterprise again dealing with less than par customer service they sent another uber... this is now 2 hrs of being stranded. Uber never showed. Ended up waiting for my father In law to drive from dayton ohio to get us. Will be contacting enterprise In the morning to get answers/get a refund as i did not get to finish out my rental time. Will update this review accordingly. Worst customer service I have dealt with. On top of that. I called and told them I am leaving vehicle to go home. I was told I need to wait for a tow before I can leave..... asked for eta was told over 1 1/2 hrs until tow would show. Completely unacceptable. They care more about the vehicles than people's well being.
