  Do not go here for your tire needs. Had a nail get into my tire on the weekend and stopped in to get it patched. Just recently went to my mechanic to get the tires rotated and they had a hard time getting the lug nuts to come loose so the mechanic at Mr. Tire must’ve over tightened the lug nuts back on. Luckily I did not get a flat tire between the time of patch up to now or else I would have not been able to get them loose and off myself. Won’t be coming back.

  This is a review of Monro family of companies in general. This particular store is not the primary source of this review but did nothing to help the situation, offering to “help” with an estimate more than 4X the original estimate. This review most directly addresses the sister store, the Tire Choice store in Berea. Easily the worst experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. Will never go back to this or any other Monro family shop.

  The guys got me up and running in thirty minutes after hitting nasty potholes on Rocky River drive. I plan on using them for tires every time I need some. Highly highly highly recommend
