  Went into Mr Tire with vibration in steering wheel and was sure it was a bad tire. After inspection, they explained it was simply snow pack around tires — common this time of year. They inspected, tested all tires, test drove the vehicle and then told me “no charge.” Time is valuable. Integrity more so. I had them change my oil and top off fluids just so I could pay them something. Great people.

  My wife got a flat on a Sunday morning while driving to Middleburg Heights. I called Mr Tire on Bagley Road and, even though closing time was 5pm, Autumn got me set up for a 3pm appointment. She quoted me a set of tires which I felt was a reasonable price. Even though he was the only tech that day, and he was working nonstop all day, Lucas installed the new set of tires and addressed any and all questions that I had in a very professional manner. Both Autumn and Lucas are a valuable asset to this Mr Tire facility.

  I took my Snow Tire in that had blown on the Turnpike. Your office worker was very polite and helpful. Mark, the technician took the tire and rim to patch it. He called to let me know the damage was so severe it couldn't be repaired. I went to pick up the tire and rim and was told there was no charge, and no supplier had a match to replace the tire. I was Very Pleased. I have used Mr Tire near my home for years and have never been disappointed with the service at Mr Tire.

  First & Last visit. Scheduled an oil change & also booked for new tires from quote online. When I arrived at 7:20am ish, I had to listen to the guy before be get rudely scolded for having his vehicle towed to the location due to a flat tire and booking an appointment an hour before he arrived. I already knew from this point everything was going to go down hill. Well it was eventually my turn and the guy made sure he scolded me as well because I booked mine overnight “after hours” and “I booked for a time he didn’t have” I booked the earliest day & time the website had available so I advised him to take it up with who manages their online availability system. Fast forward, he quoted me $1000 over the quote I had got from their website. The oil change was $50 more than what was online. Due to the extreme increase in price I opted just for the oil change. He made sure to belittle me because I didn’t know what kind of oil my car took. “I don’t know they always just do my oil change” he said that isn’t an option. I said well the dealership always did it so I don’t know what they used… and just picked the most expensive at this point so I could be done with the guy! Upon picking my car up the price then increased an additional $50 on top of the pricing I signed off on when I dropped it off. The girl at the desk couldn’t tell me why. So now they got me for over $100 in additional charges than what their website quoted. Due to how rude the man was and inaccurate price, I will never choose this place again.
