  We had a tire pop and sent our car to this location for a repair. They had some issues with the wheel and broke some parts. They finally got it all fixed and didn't charge for the issues. Easy to work with .

  I cannot say enough great things about this location. Chris and Jim are so kind and explain everything thoroughly. They're frank and honest, even when delivering bad news. I also appreciate that they've always managed to squeeze me in to the schedule, even on short notice. My foster dog loves them too!

  Stopped in on March 1st with a slow leak in tire. Very pleasant and helpful. Waited for repair. Was able to repair tire at no charge. They were awesome. Would recommend them again. Thank you very much. 😊😊😊

  NTB has always been our "neighborhood go to" and most recent experience is consistent with product and services. I had a "flat" tire last night that was serviced by AAA and I went to NTB first thing this morning to replace the tire without an appointment. Jim took care of me at the front counter and provided options and opportunity that included oil change, replace wiper blades, tire inspection and alignment. I never felt pressured since this has been on our "to do" list to address and it was a perfect weather day....no rain or snow, and mild temperatures to walk to local coffee shop. I decided to go with Jim's recommendations and glad I did. Ali was the technician that did inspection and all the work. It took about 2 1/2 hours start to finish. When I left, the "feel" of the ride was immediate, much improved. I could have easily said to just replace the one tire. I appreciate the "value" of service which went above and beyond my expectations and I feel "safer" for the investment. I highly recommend this location.

  The crew at this NTB deserve a shout out for their awesome customer service. I called them at 1:00 pm on a Saturday (they close at 5:00 pm) to see if they could replace the rear shocks on my daughter's car that day, I was told to bring it in and they would do their best. At 4:58 pm I received a call from Chris saying the car was ready and that he'd stay late so I could pick it up. I really appreciate them getting it done quickly and staying late so I could get it. This isn't my first time using them and certainly won't be my last. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on your vehicles, they don't try to sell you other services and they get things done quickly and at a reasonable price. Thanks again!
