Highly recommend this discount tire location! I accidentally scheduled my appointment at Tire Discounters instead of Discount Tire and they quoted me literally double! I was able to call Josh and Brandon who were VERY helpful, ordered my tires in that were there next day early morning and got me all fixed up. Beware going to Tire discounters they are charging people double. If you want an honest friendly team go to discount tire!

Came out to go to work with a flat on my vehicle, bummer. Luckily had another vehicle I could drive for the day, after a short shift I made some calls and wound up calling tire discounters near the mall since it was relatively close. It was time to replace all of the tires anyway so I was shopping around. I found the tire in my size and what I wanted online and before I made the appointment online I called and spoke with Tyler to make sure that a) the tire I wanted was in stock like it said it was online and b) that it could be taken care of that day because I had a Dr appointment at 4:15 so I HAD to be gone by 3:30. After over 10 minutes on hold (which should have been my first giveaway), he said the tire that was stated in stock online wasn't available but he had a more expensive tire that he could put on and would take an hour and a half tops and would definitely be done by 3:30 and drop it off at 1.
I aired up the tire at home, dropped the vehicle off at 1pm with my my wife and 4 year old. Killed some time at surrounding businesses and got a call around 2:30 that they think I should also do brakes and that it'll be done soon. I declined the brake job and went back to TD to wait in the lobby. 3:30 came and went, 3:45 I went to the counter to see how much longer it would be to see 5 people in the lobby eating pizza and nobody working on my vehicle that has no tires on it in the shop.
I had to leave to make it to my appointment and I'm glad I did because my vehicle wasn't ready until after 5pm. Yikes. I had an out the door price quoted under $100 cheaper down the road but it wouldn't have been ready by the time I needed it so I paid for the "convenience" that it would be ready by the promised time.
Welp. Thanks but not good customer service, I'll be visiting somewhere else next time.

I had an appointment with Tire discounters. I dropped my car off to have new tires put on. After I got in my car when it was done the low tire light was on. I went and checked my own tires they were all sitting at 29 PSI when my car says 35 PSI. And the steering wheel is not completely straight after the alignment. Beware of going to Tire Discounters.

While putting air in my LEFT REAR tire the other day, I noticed that the valve stem was broken. When I touched it, I could hear air leaking out. I drove straight to Tire Discounters and asked them to fix/replace the LEFT REAR tire valve stem. They said no problem. I sat in the clean waiting area and about 20 minutes later they came and told me that I needed ball joints, a tie-rod end and an alignment (total of about $822). I said I didn't have time for that today, but I appreciate the information. I asked if the tire had been repaired and they said no.
30-40 minutes later they were finished. I paid $96.74 and went on my way. The next day, I happened to look at the LEFT REAR tire and noticed it still had the same broken valve stem. I looked at the LEFT FRONT tire and could easily see that there was a brand new valve stem on it. They replaced the valve stem on the wrong tire. Unfortunately, when I was inspecting the LEFT REAR valve stem, it started leaking and i couldn't get any air into the tire, so I had to put on the spare and return to the store.
Granted, they fixed the tire at no additional cost and I understand how the service writer could mistakenly write LEFT FRONT instead of LEFT REAR on the work order, but why wouldn't the repair technician question an order to change a valve stem that looks completely normal? Why not take a quick look at the other three tires to see if one of them has a broken valve stem?
It is what it is. Not sure if I'd be confident enough in the shop to make the noted repairs, so I'll take the car to my regular mechanic and follow their lead.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
