This place used to have great customer service and I bought my tires here because of all of the add-ons thrown in like free rotation. However trying to use these services has been an exercise in wasted time. For example: When I showed up for a 9am appointment booked over the phone, I was told it wasn’t in the system, they made me wait for 2 hours before I ultimately left. If you don’t value my time and keep appointments, I’ll make my business elsewhere.
Also they aren’t really competitive on raw tire pricing vs rivals.

Make an appointment to get 4 new tires and alignment supposed to start at 930 am. Drop car off over night. Every time I talk with someone explain that need car by 3 pm to leave for work. Get there at 3pm only thing been done is alignment no new tires told still need an hour. So check with tech after an hour told still need an hour. How can u disregard your customers time so blatantly. There go to sales pitch of free alignment with 4 tires not worth it. Would of been better off paying for alignment at another shop that respects your time. Finally got out by 530 pm I did receive 50 bucks off but lost 80 bucks by being 2 and half hours late to work and got points on top of that so just got screwed all around. Damn shame

I scheduled an appointment online for a tire repair. I drove all the way there and they couldn't find my appointment. I showed them the confirmation text. They acted like it was my fault for not calling and that an appointment an hour before they close was a long shot. Why would I call when I got the confirmation text. They said they maybe to fit me in but the doubted they would get to it so I would be waiting for an hour for no reason. I will never go there again. They have seriously gone down hill.

Terrrrrrrrrrrrible.
Came in a few days ago, line was long so decided to make an appointment. Got here, waited in line for 15 mins, was quite an hour (1 nail removed and patched in 1 tire). Left, came back an hour an fifteen later, wasn’t even taken back. It wasn’t until I asked if it was done that they decided to take it back. We’re now on hour TWO and it’s still not done. Why make appointments if this is how it is? What’s even crazier is I specifically did not go to Discount Tire to gauge the services of the two. Needless to say I’ll NEVER be back.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
