- SSsusanFeb 16, 20261.0Bait and switch. They let you pick out what type of vehicle you want and need, but when we got there, it, nor anything comparable to it was available. We had to take something that didn't really work well for us, or just not go. They shouldn't even give you the option of a type of vehicle you need, if they aren't going to have it available when you go to pick it up. Very disappointed with this company!
