Took a very extended amount of time to do the work and had to be constantly chased down for updates or information. Had to come into the location *several* times in person simply to get an update. Even once the work was completed we had to bring it back due to errors made on their end during the initial repair... Which also took an extended amount of time and required us to hound them for updates. This was two years ago, but I felt compelled to update *why* I left my rating since they are wanting it removed. I haven't thought about this experience in some time and find it unfair to call for the removal of valid negative reviews. Reviews are for the customers and consumers, we are allowed to have opinions.
