  Worst customer service out of all the auto zones. No help when asked and arrogant when questioned about some tools or products. Please just go to another autozone.

  The rear wiper arm on my ’16 MB GL350 broke and I needed a new one. Looked online at the AutoZone stores near me all had what I needed in stock, so went to this location. The lady at the store looked up my part and said they did not have it, and in fact I would need to buy it directly from Mercedes Benz. So before I left the parking lot I called nearby to the Advance Auto Parts store up the street, and they said they had one in stock. Went there to make my purchase. So either AutoZone doesn’t have their inventory correct, or the person at the store was incorrect.

  I gave them a battery that is 2 months old to change and they told me they have changed it and I tested it at home it was never changed and they where saying it’s because it’s a bad battery not because they haven’t even charged it it wasn’t charged by 1% after 4 hours of charging the worst customer service ever
