  I went in to order parts yesterday, person that helped me didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Told me parts wouldn't be in for five days. I asked about transferring from other stores, like I usually do. They seemingly put the order in and I agreed I'd pay when they arrive the next day as I usually do as well. I went in today to pick the parts up. The same person "helped" me today. They had no order in for me, meaning they never finished it the transaction the day before. The parts were not there. The person seemed very out of it both days and didn't seem confident in what they were doing. I then had to drive out to a different store 10 miles away to pick up the parts so I could have them in time for the weekend project. This person really needs to be trained properly. It was very irritating to not even have the parts ordered and wasn't going to trust them to get it right the second time.

  Went to auto zone on Heincke and asked the lady if she could test my battery bc I had a feeling it was bad. She told me she couldn’t bc she was the only one in the store. Why is there not 2 people at all times to run the store efficiently? Now they lost a customer bc I went across the street to o’reilly ( great customer service) and ended up spending $180 bc my battery was in fact bad! Auto zone lost out on a customer.

  Great Autozone. 👍 They're always helpful and knowledgeable. They also take the time to help you if you need it.

  I stopped by the Miamisburg store Wednesday for a battery test in my Jeep Compass. Tyler advised the battery needed replaced and so I returned Thursday. He was alone at the moment and I told him I was happy to wait. Within 15 minutes he was putting my battery in and I was ready to go. Tyler is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Side note...I was delighted to find I have known his family since first grade! I hope your company knows what a gem Tyler Stoutenborough is. Thank you!

  Everytime I come in.its like a race to who isn't gonna help. Most of the managers run to do something else, when I walk in and nothing is going on. If the commercial manager isn't available then its hard to get help.
