  Cheryl was phenomenal! We had a few hiccups with my name change because I forgot my marriage license (oops! Old car before i got married) but she worked hard to solve it right then and there. She saved me a trip home and back. It was a great experience and she’s fun to talk to. I’d definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking to sell their car!

  Went in on a Saturday, had a payoff quote from the bank. Offer online started at $9,100. I knew that there would be some drop in the offer after looking at the truck. She offered $7,000. I said no thank you, she asked for my price, $8,000 is as low as I would go. She did some typing to HQ, and within 30 seconds had the approval. But then I was hit with that she needed to do a verbal with the bank on Monday and then warned the value could be changed over the weekend. Monday, I called and she had me call the bank for a 3-way call to verify. And then told me the value dropped to $7,200. Not good enough, I want $8,000 or no deal. Did not get mad at all, no reason to, just business. $800 drop in 2 days! She said wait on hold; she would check with HQ and see what she can come up with. Couple minutes later she came back with $8,000. Then the whammy... I would be charged $399 for paperwork! That is crazy! Now I am mad! Best part, I was never told about that, so if I would have agreed to the 8 grand, then shown up, I would have been charged that fee.... surprise! Told her thank you for her time, but I would be looking elsewhere. We hung up, and within 30 seconds, I got a call back. The new offer is $8,399. Unbelievable! Made plans to be there at 3:30, was there on time. It took an hour and 45 minutes to finalize the deal. Missed the first scheduled Uber ride home and was charged a cancelled charge.... not Ubers fault. It should be noted, I sold a car to Carvana a couple of years ago, it went smooth as silk and done in 30 minutes with them. Not a satisfactory deal, but it is over now. I only went there because I have had bad luck with private sales in the past. guess it is me, but I will never do a deal with them again.

  Cheryl was fantastic to deal with. She was quite busy and was very flexible with our appointment. She got us a good deal on our car too.
