- SKSuzanne KurtzDec 31, 20251.0I did not care for this car wash. I have the wash club at the location on Reynolds Rd. That location was down and we were sent to this location. I found the Mentor Ave location to be less than positive. The employees were unfriendly and appeared to be unhappy that they had to honor the wash club. I asked when the other location would be open and he clearly was irritated by the question. He shrugged his shoulders and said they probably didn't clean it correctly and that's what caused the issue. Also the was itself wasn't good. I went twice and both times it left white water spots on my car. I don't know if it was soap residue or not but I had to go home and rinse it off. I much prefer the Reynolds Rd location. The employees are much nicer and the car was itself is much better.
