  This car wash is run very poorly! For months they were open about two hours a day if that. Every time I went there they said the car wash was down. Eventually I got tired of getting turned away so I went in to cancel my membership. The worker said he wasn’t surprised and said it was cancelled a month later I got billed again, so I went back to cancel for a second time and again the worker said he cancelled it. The next month got another bill, so I called and sent an email to corporate multiple times with no answer. This car wash is horrible stay clear!!! If I could give it a negative star review I would.

  This place was poorly conceived, poorly designed and poorly operated. First, both ends of the facility are signed as exits. The rear of my car is as dirty as it was when I went in. When you are exiting the wash, the panel of lights telling you what to do is indistinguishable in bright sunlight. I returned he next day, to ask about the poor quality I found it closed. In the middle of a beautiful Saturday afternoon it’s coned off preventing your being able to enter the facility in any capacity. For the $$? I certainly won’t be going back.

  *WARNING* -- If you have a roof rack, Jeep with spare tire cover, or trailer hitch, you risk damage to your equipment/vehicle. Today my tightly secured roof rack was knocked off in the carwash. Attendant informed me that their computer software previously saved vehicle profiles (like roof racks, rear mounted spare tires, trailer hitches) and triggered brushes to automatically retract. Attendant noted that Whistle recently 'downgraded their computer software' across all locations, requiring the attendant to MANUALLY key in the retraction EACH time. When the attendant forgets to key in the retraction (which happened to me today), the brushes will ride on your roof/back of your vehicle rather than retract. I was advised to remind the attendant to manually key in the retraction on each and every visit. I've been a member here since it first opened as Rainforest and between this issue and the frequent random closures, have watched things go downhill ever since Whistle took over with what seem like zero management oversight.

  Horrible car wash. I just pulled up and saw everyone going through the car wash and vacuuming their cars out. I then turned the corner and all the cones are blocking the entrance. Big sign saying “closed for the night (for this reason or the next) Please go to the Mentor Ave location”, I don’t remember what the reason was on the sign saying they’re closed at 1 pm with people still in the car wash and using the vacuums. I pulled around and waved down an employee and asked “So, everyone is using the car wash and you’re closed?” And the employee said “yes, I’m sorry”. Absolutely ridiculous. This location has become worse and worse. I used to love this place. But this is awful. Fix your car wash or close the location completely. It’s an absolute waste of space. But I’m glad all the others that were there got to get a nice car wash and vacuum! Obviously, I’ll be taking my car elsewhere. And I won’t be going to the other location on Mentor Ave either. No thanks!

  Don't waste your time with this carwash. I have a membership, but it is closed so frequently without explanation that it doesn't feel worth it anymore. It's been closed several times a week for the past few months, even when temperatures are above or near freezing. I stop by in the afternoon and typically there's still cars qued and inside the wash, but they put traffic cones out to block the entrance and don't offer an explanation to their members. It's not because the line is overly full with a dozen cars waiting, etc. Then, if you're lucky, but there almost never is, an employee is stationed near the closed entrance cones to direct you to their other nearby car wash location which you're welcome to go to. But they fail to check or mention if that location is even open prior to sending you over there. So when you arrive, their alternate wash is closed, too! Bad customer care and service, this place has swiftly gone down hill after changing ownership. Even when this place is open, it's pricy and the wash job itself isn't anything special in the first place. Not worth the headache, go somewhere more through and that won't rob you on your membership.
