  I took 2 vehicles here. They were super busy but made sure that they provided great service . I will go back. I would recommend these guys your vehicle needs. It's hard to find a great place, Right here you will!

  Worked with Casey today. Class act and honest guy. Always a pleasure going to Mr. Tire when I see guys like that working there. Although I can’t forget about Jim either!! Another class act!

  Casey and the team at Mr. Tire were able to get me in quickly for a tire repair. They were fast, and efficient, and the repair cost was more than reasonable! We'll definitely use Mr. Tire again in the future if needed.

  On Monday, Oct 20 2025, I called ahead and made an appointment for 2pm to have my tire valves changed because the caps were froze on. The car was dropped off at 1:30pm. I explained to the girl at reception that the caps were stuck and the valve stems would probably need to be replaced. About 2:30 pm, I got a call saying they were looking at the car and the caps were frozen necessitating the valve stems being replaced at a cost of $65. I agreed to the price and asked that they go ahead and replace all 4 valve stems. I called back around 5:45 to enquire about my car. The receptionist said she would check and left me hanging on the line for 20 mins. I had to call back. When I finally got through again, I was told they were working on the car ( I was told it was in the shop and the tires were off already), but the car would not be ready before they closed at 7pm. It seems excessive to me that it would take 4 1/2 hours to change 4 valve stems at a place called Mr Tire. Changing tire valve stems should be a routine job at a tire specialist. I was told the car wouldn’t be ready until the next day, and I could not even get an estimate of when it would be finished. Very frustrating! They open at 7 am, so I waited until 9am to call and ask when my car would be ready, I was told they would call me when it was done and that it was being worked on at the moment. Still no estimate of when it will be ready. I explained to the girl the night before that I took time off work to drop the car in and not having it finished that day meant I had to miss more work/pay. The staff were indifferent to this. I was finally informed just before 11am, Tuesday Oct 21st, that the car was ready. Why is a routine tire repair taking more than 8 hours to complete at this Mr Tire location? I feel that they are not being truthful about the car being worked on and just stringing me along. Why the dishonesty? If they were too busy to complete a routine job like this, why give me an appointment time in the first place? Why wasn’t I informed that they would not have time to finish the tires that day when I initially got the call to say they needed to be replaced? This is just common courtesy stuff and good customer service practices.The staff are at best apathetic and have no respect for the value of a customer’s time at all. After about 12 years of bringing my vehicles here I will no longer use them for any service needs. Delays like this for a routine repair coupled with the apathetic staff and poor customer service are just unacceptable to me. I would not recommend this Mr Tire location to anyone for any job. Even routine tire repairs take an excessively long amount of time to complete.
