- TSTerryLee Schiller3 days ago3.0Actually, not sure how I felt about the shop. It was clean walking in. The receptionist greated me as well as the man to the right. The other gal that did my estimate on my car was rather aloof and disconnected. I was not frustrated just disappointed. I decided to take my car repair to Honda of Mentor.
- CVCam VanDerHorstSep 4, 20251.0Absolute hacks. I wouldn't suggest taking my car here if you care about it. My car was hit by a State Farm driver, and I took it to Gerber for an estimate to be repaired per State Farm's request/recommendation. Amber asked me about the damage my car sustained, then proceeded to ignore that information as she snapped photos, leaving several damaged items off of her estimate, and actually specifying the wrong grille for my car (a difference of over $600 for that part alone) even though we discussed issues with my adaptive cruise control (the estimate CLEARLY marks the grille she spec'd as "NOT FOR VEHICLES WITH ADAPTIVE CRUISE..."). Then, three days later, she calls me to ask if I'd like an estimate done on my car, completely forgetting that she had just seen me a few days prior. She also never e-mailed me a copy of the estimate despite a promise to do so. As a result I now have to go through the process of getting ANOTHER estimate from ANOTHER shop and waiting for ANOTHER payment from the insurance company. I was considering having my car repaired here, but if they can't get the details right during the estimate, I don't trust them to fix the car properly. Sorry to pull you away from TikTok to do my estimate, Amber. I hope it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

Their quote was THREE times less than the dealer was going to charge to install it. They installed the part right on the spot while I waited. I've used them before for work and they've always been excellent. Highly recommend.
