    I rent cars pretty often, and this Enterprise location consistently provides the best experience I’ve ever had. Dan and Jeff go above and beyond every single time. The service is excellent, the process is always smooth, and I’ve never had an issue with any of my rentals. I truly appreciate their consistency and professionalism—this is the only place I’ll be going to from now on. Highly Recommend!!

    Booked rental months in advance spoke with location a week prior to picking up the rental. Arrived today just to be told they did not have the size vehicle I had booked and nothing they could do other than put me in a smaller vehicle which does not fit my family. I was left to scramble to figure things out on my own as I was leaving on a family vacation in less then 24 hours and the rep said they did not have any vehicles coming in or the ability to check other locations.

    Had to rent a car due to my work vehicle being in the repair shop. Everyone was kind and very personable. I had an issue with the 1st car that I had, not their fault, and they quickly swapped out for a different one. Thank you Dan and all the employees there.

    My wife was in an accident where her car ended up being totaled. She needed a car so our insurance, Travelers, reserved a car from Enterprise. I was not able to be there when they put her in the vehicle she rented. She has never done this before. They talked her into getting the optional protection package, at $23/day, even though they knew this was an insurance rental and any damages would have been covered by our insurance. They also sold her the fuel option even though we knew to return it with the amount of fuel we were given the car with. Twenty-five days later she got her new car. When I talked to Enterprise to get the final total, I was shocked to find out it was $1,034 after insurance of which $619.75 was the optional insurance and fuel service. I am an Enterprise Plus member. I am not happy that your salesperson did not thoroughly explain her options to her when they knew this was an insurance claim rental. When I talked with her, she said well most people take this option. I have never taken this option because if it is an insurance claim rental it is covered by our insurance, and I have additional coverage with American Express. In addition, when I looked at her credit card statement this morning, I found they had charged her another $475. When I talked to them today about it, they said they would be taken off eventually. They could not give me a date. These are the types of things that will make me not rent another car from Enterprise. We have been loyal customers over many years. I guess that does not matter.     This place sucks for real. I only gave them five stars because they bribed me with two Krispy Kreme doughnuts and a ticket to go see New Kids on The Block. I’m kidding. When I’m in the area, I only choose this location.
