Enterprise worked directly with insurance, I didn't have to do anything but take my car to the repair shop where Enterprise picked me up and brought me back to the store. My rental was ready and waiting for me. I even got to leave the rental at the repair shop when I picked up my car and they went and got the car from there. It was a very smooth transaction and If I ever need to use Enterprise again, I will go to the Mentor location. They had very professional personnel and I cannot say enough great things about them.
