  We went for a car wash and paid $30 for a wash. The truck we have is wide and we were never told nor are there any signs posted about wide trucks not fitting through the automatic wash. The attendee tried to force our truck through multiple times before having us back up covered in soap and leave the car wash. We were promised a refund and a call from the manager and neither ever happened and that was 3 weeks ago. Horrible customer service and if you have young adults working as attendees for the wash you should at least follow up after a situation as we obviously had to then go to another wash and pay for that to rinse and wash the soap off the truck. Owner obviously does not care and we have made multiple attempts to contact them and no answer or return call was made.

  The service sucks. Went through with the silver level wash to get mud off the side and hood of my car. Got literally nothing off. Told the manager (she was super nice, nothing but good things to say about the employees). Anyways I went through a second time and they used a mop to get the mud off the hood of my car, but I still wouldn't say my car looked very clean. Still crazy I spent $20 on a car wash when a rain storm would do a better job.

  BEWARE!!!!!If I could give zero stars I would. Been trying to cancel my subscription for months have called multiple times and they keep taking money and not willing to refund anything criminals!!!!! Absolute scammer!!!!!Working with bank now would highly recommend avoiding at all cost

  Do not waste your money. My wife and I have been customers since before they took over for Rainforest, mostly due to convenience, not because they do a good job of washing our cars (their machines don't clean the back of our SUV's at all). A month back my wife went and the gate arm came down and scratched the back of her car. The worker came out and took pics and said she wasn't sure if that would be covered or not b/c the sign they have that basically says enter at your own risk and they aren't responsible for anything, even if its at the fault of their equipment, is at the entrance of the wash and not by the gates. She said she would have the site manager reach out to us to discuss. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I went back and spoke to the same girl and she said she would call and text him again to reach out to me. It's now been a month and I still haven't heard a peep. Instead of them taking ownership of their mistake they are ignoring it and hoping it goes away, which is candidly embarrassing as a business. We have taken our business to Clean Express as they are opening more locations in the area and I strongly recommend doing the same.

  Horrible! I have attempted to cancel my member twice now because of the poor quality of the wash and because you don't actually get the options that you pay for, as another reviewer mentioned. In addition, the gate operations are very chaotic. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to who goes next and if it will even lift or not. I walked into the office to cancel in mid January. They supposedly canceled my membership on the computer right in front of me. But I was still charged $30.94 on January 19th. I went in again a few days later to cancel and to confirm that I will not be charged again. My card was STILL charged again on February 19th! I just sent an email to the customer service address listed on the website. Fingers crossed. UPDATE: Got a text yesterday that the "membership price will increase soon!" No one answers when you try to call. I sent another email and submitted a form directly through the website. Fortunately, my bank was able to reverse the February charge. If anyone is interested, take a look at all of the complaints against this company on the Better Business Bureau website!!
