  I have rented with Enterprise many times. Normally things are great. I can't say that for this location. I needed to rent a full size SUV. So I called the day before and confirmed one was available. I then immediately made the reservation. The next day the a different rep called back and said they were sold out. I advised I had called and confirmed availability the day before. The rep didn't seem to care. Just said they were sold out. Overall not a great customer service experience.

  All employees were very kind and helpful. Car was brand new and great to drive in.

  They had the exact vehicle I reserved plus two more to choose from. I'll be looking here first for my rental choices from now on.
