Since you took them over you have not added either location to your app or website, therefore people like me, who had memberships with Rainforest when you took over cannot access our accounts on the app or website. We also cannot partake in any rewards program for that very same reason. I have sent multiple emails to your customer support(which offers no support)and get nothing but lame excuses. I advise anyone who currently has a membership to the Medina location to consider canceling your Whistle membership when the new car wash opens in the former location of Denny's on route 18.

A small decal will be placed on your windshield when you sign up for one of our Fast Pass Unlimited Wash Club packages. This will allow our system to recognize your car automatically and open the gate for you.
Do your machines scratch vehicles?
We have the safest and best car wash technology in the business. The "closed-foam" wraps used in our car washes are unable to hold onto dirt or sand as they clean, so they are unable to scratch your vehicle.
Do you provide towels?
Yes, we provide microfiber towels on hand for use by our guests. We also offer other complimentary supplies and technology, such as wipes and car vacuums, that customers can use to keep their car looking its best!
Do you have a family plan / discount?
Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to offer Fast Passes for one vehicle per membership. You can, however, purchase multiple memberships within a family.
