  Went for an oil change and spark plug replacement. Given a great explanation of what exactly the service/work is going to be done that day and what other services are recommended for my car based on the current (actual) mileage.

  The call center said they found the right tires but lied. The in-store employees search the actual tires I needed for parents truck. They were was fast and honest, upfront about searching and noticing the tires are discontinued. Only reason I didn’t leave and take my service elsewhere because they were fast and replying and giving options for the service offered. 3 starts is because of call center. Not the people working at the shop

  Had an emergency repair needed and they took care of it on very short notice. Pricing was reasonable and the staff went above and beyond. They've earned my business.

  I was visiting the area with family and found a tire quite low when it was time to head home. Staff member Denine was at the front counter and she immediately addressed my problem, looked at my tire, asked about any other services which we might need, and provided an estimated cost. I appreciated being asked about any need for new windshield wipers as on the trip to the area a wiper blade began to tear and it was a snowy, wet day. I opted to have all of the windshield wipers replaced, in addition to the tire being repaired. We were directed to a nice area to wait and I was provided with regular updates. We were in and out of the store in less than an hour, with the actual cost a little less than the estimate as the tire repair required a new stem valve, rather than something a little more expensive. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The store was clean. The prices were very reasonable. I definitely recommend this business for anyone's tire needs.

  Do not go to this place. Went to get my tires balanced and as soon as i walked in they were trying to sell me new tires. Ended up getting new tires because they said my belts were broken and the new tires they put on were louder than the old ones. So I Took it to the dealer and they told me the new tires weren't balanced and the alignment they did was off. Wouldn't give me a refund just offered to swap the tires out for me which is great but at least give me a refund for the services (tire balance and alignment ) that weren’t performed correctly. Will not be going back to this place.
