My car is 6 years old It have always been kept in a garage and has no rust. I keep the maintenance on my car up to date. I have a very long and disturbing video of him yelling at me telling me to get out after I asked for a higher up he said he didn’t have any corporate higher ups I could speak with. Highly pissed they oviously broke something and now I have a whole new problem because people don’t like to take accountability DONT I Repeat Don’t Go Here unless you want more problems then what you came in with.

However the cover for one of the filters was not put back on properly. Had to drive back the next day (10/11/25) They looked at it, said it just popped off, quickly put it back on and sent me on my way. The fix lasted about 3 hours. Now it’s Saturday night and the same cover is flapping / banging around. I’ve never had this problem before. Seems to me like they broke the cover on Friday (maybe accidentally and unaware?) and on Saturday also didn’t realize the problem. Or perhaps they just weren’t honest. Either way, the cover seems to be either broken or still not installed right. I won’t be back.
