  Service is always excellent- from the customer reps up front- to the technicians working on the car. They are honest and efficient and I appreciate the speed and quality of their work.

  Came in on an emergency, tire going flatter by the minute , one lady went out and got vehicle info and the other wrote the invoice like a pit crew , it was well organized, they dispatched the car to a Tech before the sidewall could get damaged . They inspected it and gave me options . Very well done!

  To say my experience at this location was a disappointment would be a massive understatement. I went in for 2 new tires and a realignment (a simple process) and was given a massive headache of a situation. I was misled about the process on the phone, and the staff were completely unapologetic about the situation, only giving me alternatives that would raise my price by $200 or delay my repairs for another day. Whether this process was troubling because of deception or incompetence is unknown, but I do know for certain that I’ll never be taking my business to this establishment ever again.

  I had a blown-out tire on Sunday and drove here since it was only about 3 minutes away. I waited for them to open at 9 a.m., but was told they are appointment-only on Sundays and fully booked until Tuesday. This was not mentioned anywhere on their website. When I asked about tire options, I requested to see the prices and mileage to compare, but was told no. I also asked for a printout of the options and was again told no. The interaction felt unhelpful and uncomfortable. I ended up calling another tire shop with better customer service and lower prices, so I went there instead. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

  This is the worst experience I have ever had with a tire company. They put in new tires. I rotated my tires when recommended - the tires were a good brand of cooper endeavor and we paid a lot for them and they didn't last even 12,000 miles and only 10 months and Mr. Tire didn't stand behind the warranty or the tires. They were impossible to deal with and I had a 9 am appointment and they didn't even get to my car until 1:30 pm to tell me they won't cover anything!!!!! I spoke with friends who had similar experiences - they lie and don’t stand behind their work. I went to Costco and said the work they did was subpar - I would never recommend them!
