  They were all very nice. My only complaint was they didn't or couldn't honor the coupon progressive sent me when I was towed there. But I needed help and they provided. My car is running fine now.

  I brought my car to Mr. Tire in Mayfield, OH on 11/30 for a simple engine oil cap replacement. While there, the technician told me the vehicle needed both front and rear brakes and performed the service. The total cost was about $1,300. I drove the car back to Columbus, and it sat for five days. On December 9th, the brake warning light, traction control light, and power steering warning all came on. We contacted a Mr. Tire location in Columbus and were told they would not inspect or service the car because the work had been done at another Mr. Tire location. The warning lights stayed on, though the brakes still functioned, until 12/29 when the brake pedal went completely to the floor. The car had to be towed back to the Mayfield, OH location. When we asked for a refund or correction for work that clearly was not done properly, we were told that at the time of the original brake job, the technician "did not see anything wrong" with the calipers. Now that the brake light is on, they claim the car needs new calipers for an additional $600. We were also told certain services were completed, yet upon inspection there are screws missing from the engine area, and we are now being told the vehicle needs all new brakes again. This experience has been extremely frustrating and expensive. Please be very careful with this location. We have photos of the work they claim was done compared to the actual condition of the vehicle.

  Long time customer just ended today. Had rear brakes completely done( pads and rotors. Tech said brakes “were at a #2). Was told by manager and technician brakes needed done before the caliper went bad. Nine days later, calipers failed, leaking brake fluid. 5 of the 9 days the car wasn’t driven regularly. Went to have Mr. Tire honor the work done and take accountability for the lack of thoroughness, only to be told there was “no way of knowing “ when calipers can go bad. Was also told brakes can go bad from not driving. The tech sits at the front desks and talks to the receptionist all day, while taking SIX HOURS to complete brakes and a valve. Terrible service. Terrible accountability. Horrible management. Do NOT RAKE YOUR CAR HERE. SINCE JOSH LEFT!!!!!

  I had never used this business before and will never again. I took my car for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. They were unable to rotate my tires due to being unable to remove the lug nuts. They then proceeded to tell me I needed new tires. I questioned this and was asked had I been in an accident as this must have caused the wear or my car had been misaligned at purchase. The car has 28k miles. I proceeded to go to the dealer where my treads were read as 6 and 7. I also overheard a meeting call while dropping my car where they were told their goal was to make 35K for the day.
