Brian the manager has no authority over his staff and the two ladies that work upfront as customer service staff should not be allowed to take care of customer service issues. Valarie is very unprofessionals, rude and disrespectful individual. She should be fired immediately. I took my business elsewhere I will never use them for anything in the future and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Awful treatment, awful Management awful staff

The worst thing was frame up and accused us for the thing that didn’t happen (accused us had another accident after we picked up the car in end of July, just three weeks now). I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.... I can provide all the pictures to Gerber headquarters if Gerber would like to improve service.
