Kent helped us when we were looking on the lot a couple of months ago. He was friendly and helpful, yet not pushy! So, when we saw a car on their website that interested us, we asked for him by name. From start to finish, everything fell into place perfectly. Very happy with our purchase. We would recommend him to our family and friends.
My experience was incredible. This was the best car buying I have ever had and this was largely in part due to Pete. Pete made the whole buying experience enjoyable. I knew he had my best interest at heart and was so incredibly informational. Jason in finance was also incredibly helpful and was able to help get me a lower interest rate than what I was pre approved for. Brian was great at answering any additional questions I had. This is JUST those that assisted in my buying experience. Everyone else was so incredibly welcoming and friendly and I don't think one person on the team walked by me without saying hello. I will absolutely be recommending Jim White Honda to anyone who is thinking of buying a car, and if it's a used vehicle, Pete is definitely your man. I WILL be back when it's time to buy my next car!

We came in just looking to test drive a few new Honda vehicles. We were greeted right away with a smile by Ronny. We were open about not buying anything that day due to wrapping up our lease from another dealership. Ronny was super helpful, allowed us to take a suv out to drive, and provided us his contact information when we were ready. We contacted him a few weeks later and set a time to come in with our pre-approval with him. He had everything ready for us when we came in and it was a super easy and smooth process. From the sales to finance department everyone was great and helpful!

I have bought a lot of cars over the years and I have never had a better experience. I bought a 2026 CRV Hybrid yesterday from Ronny. The process started about a month ago. Ronny treated is like we mattered. He had us test drive 3 different SUV models and spent a lot of time discussing our automobile needs.
Once we decided on the CRV Hybrid he worked with us on pricing and explained all of the Honda incentives. We were waiting for a CD to mature and our income tax refunds and told him we were not going to buy until the end of March. He had the exact car we wanted on order and said he’d call us when it came in sometime in March.
When the car came in he called us, sent us photos, and gave us the deal we asked for but it was still too early to buy the car so he actually put the car in the sold area on the lot. No money was needed just trust.
We went in yesterday, the deal was worked out exactly as we discussed and we took our new car home.
This was, without a doubt, the best car buying experience I have ever had. If you’re looking for a new Honda I highly recommend Jim White Honda and make sure you ask for Ronny.
I recently bought a Certified Pre Owned (CPO) vehicle at Jim White Honda, and I don’t believe the CPO inspection was taken very seriously. During my test drive I found the driver’s side seat belt didn’t retract correctly, and the headliner was surprisingly dirty. I discussed this with the salesperson. The headliner was cleaned, but the seat belt needed to be addressed later. A week after I purchased the car, I found that my driver’s door wasn’t fully covered in paint in a medium sized area. To be fair, it’s not incredibly easy to notice at first. Obviously, I originally missed it. However, someone who is paid to do an inspection that specifically calls out door paint quality should have noticed it. I noticed it when washing the car for the first time.
All three of these items were on the 182 point CPO inspection, and marked as “Yes” they met standards. The issues with the headliner and seat belt surprised me, but weren’t enough for me to walk away. Had I noticed the paint issue, I would’ve passed on the vehicle. Fixing paint can be a difficult and time-consuming process that doesn’t always yield great results. It’s not something I expect to deal with when paying for CPO. The CPO inspection is supposed to bring peace of mind to the customer, but these issues were either missed or ignored. Now I’m questioning the validity of the whole inspection.
The seat belt took two dealership visits (different dealership, for clarification) and about five hours of my time to resolve. The paint issue took two additional visits (also different dealership) and three days to fix, with no loaner vehicle provided. I’m disappointed that I’ve had to spend so much time and effort to have a CPO vehicle repaired to the state it was supposedly in when it was inspected. I’m frustrated that I paid for a CPO inspection that seemingly wasn’t taken seriously. I’ve called and stopped in at Jim White to discuss this. I was told they’d raise it up through management and get back to me. It has been two weeks and no one has contacted me.
