    This was my first time here and Abigail was great in following up to set up the appointment. Unfortunately my experience at said appointment was not so good. Chad was not friendly and refused, for some reason, to check me in. After standing in line at least 10 minutes the same gentlemen who tagged my keys came to see if I had been checked in, after which Chad came back and sat at the check-in desk. After being there for 2 hours, which made me late for work, I went to inquire if an oil change takes 2 hours, with an appointment. Chad began to tell me how busy he was, with a rather elevated tone, while flailing his arms. Needless to say, as convenient as the location is, I will probably never visit there again. To say I felt unwelcome is an understatement.

    Visited Honda Jim White on Feb 21st to check on a Honda CRV EXL as recommended by their mechanic- Reynold. It was a very busy Saturday but we were greeted by their friendly staff and managers. Mood was very light. Everyone’s accommodating. Tony, their manager was making sure we’re attended. Ray - new car assistant manager is a superstar! He explained everything well, he knows what’s he’s selling and very honest. No sugar coating. he’s really not after the sales, he just makes sure you are buying the right car for your needs. You’ll get exactly what you need to know. Received our CRV on the same day, in a very good condition. Husband fell in love with it during test drive. You can never go wrong with Honda. Features are superb. It’s top of the line. I recommend Honda Jim White if you are looking to get a unit. I’d rate them 11/10!

    My Honda 2026 Passport broke down right before the Toledo exit on the Ohio Turnpike on February 16th. My vehicle was flatbeded to Jim White Honda. My service advisor, Joe Cannon, was excellent. He called every morning to give me an update and what was being done to diagnose the problem. He answered any questions I had. It took three days to determine and correct the problem and it was something their technicians never had before and in fact there was no warranty code for the failure. Kudos to the technicians for solving this new problem and for Joe and his excellent customer support. As I live in Michigan, I had to drive an hour to pick up my car, but if I lived in the Toledo area, this would be my dealer.

    I was greatly impressed with the car buying experience at Jim White Honda. Inquired online about a vehicle, met with the sales team and test drove a few different trims. They didn’t have the color I wanted but I received a phone call a few weeks later when it was in stock (as they said they would). Went and picked up the car a few days later. No games, no BS, no wasted time- just a straightforward transaction. The staff I interacted with were all professional and knowledgeable. Tony is a man of his word, which I appreciated!

    Tony and Trey were wonderful! Tony contacted me about the lease ending in a few months. Because I'd had eye surgery and wasn't driving, this was done on the phone. The new car arrived in the timeline given. Trey did a good job explaining how the new CRV is different from the previous one. There are quite a few new tech features. Trey was patient. I am not a digital native. I didn't remember the name of the man in the finance & sign all the papers department. He came to the car & was willing to do everything car side. (I have mobility issues. Everyone was very accommodating .) Made a stop before heading home. I planned to set Google maps but couldn't remember how to do it. I ended up driving back to the dealership, Trey came to the car and showed me again. Here was so patient. I get anxious whenever it's time to trade in, but these men couldn't have made it easier.
