  I have never been to a more unprofessional and rude car wash. It was noon on Friday. Nobody in line behind me. The guy at the order stand looked like he rolled out of bed hung over and did not change before work. He took his time and then said " sorry, it's been a long day". It was noon! Then I got to the guy that guides you in the wash. I have never met an angrier or more rude person in a service job. He got irritated because I did not rush right into the spot he wanted me, but I have a big truck and did not want to gun the gas going over the lip of the wash tracks. He commenced to slam the window brush on my windshield so hard it shook and did 3 sad wipes that only touched a quarter of my windshield. He then went around my truck slamming the brush on my front grill, my back window, and my bumper. He did not actually wash any of them. He threw the brush in a bucket hard, then ripped the spray off the wall and squirted it in the general vicinity of my car. Slammed it back on the wall then scowled at me like I ruined his day as he punched buttons for the wash. I get through and hand the kids my tire card and they took it and walked around my truck for 15 seconds half heartedly wiping random places on my truck. Not actually drying anything. Never Again!!

  I had my truck washed on Thursday evening, I got the $20 cash wash, which includes tire shine. After getting home and driving the truck, I noticed black specks all over my truck, Friday it got worse, come to find out the tire shine they use flings off the tires and gets all over your clean vehicle, I had to hand wash and scrub my entire truck again, to get all of this black tire shine off my truck. I will not be using their wash again. As you expect you’re vehicle to stay clean for more then 10 minutes after leaving, I do have some spots on the truck that will not come off due to this, very disappointing. I recommend if you do go, do not get their tire shine.

  There are over 15 car wash places around me with similar prices, equipment, and packages. The only things that sets Expresso apart is the internal "Full Service" to get the insides of my windows cleaned. The only problem is that it is very frequently not available due to "Nobody Wants to Work." (They don't pay their staff enough to get them to stay.) So why bother going out of my way to go there when I have 14 other choices? Edit 09/20/25: I have been calling to ask about the interior full service once or twice a week since my last review. "We are short staffed so that's not available today." Every. Single. Time. Just not going to bother trying anymore.

  My car is so clean following detail work by Jordan! I let it get so dirty, but now it looks like a new car and smells great!!

  You get the quality of service at a fair price here, the young adults working here are kind and courteous.
