  I came here for a tire repair & waited an hour plus just for my air to drain out my tire an hour later I was told my tire was fixable by Richard Kanneman Jr. but unfortunately, that was a lie. I was sent home with bad service and wasted time and the same problem I came in with never again.

  I had a good experience today - been having a lot of issues with my tires on a 2024 vehicle, not knowing if it was a suspension issue because the vehicle was riding jarring/violently. A few mechanics from other branded car shops have been dismissing like “it’s drives fine to me”. I called Chad (from referral) today and he got me in same day - come to find out, 3 of the 4 tires purchased out of town from a Ziegler Tire in NE Ohio were out of spec registering 30+ on the road force balance tester. These tires are a month old and this was Ziegler’s second time trying to get it right. Somehow, Belle team was able to get them down to around 6 on the road force balance and the ride does appear to be handling significantly better than it was before. I’m very analytical and detail oriented - more than most. I noticed all of the staff at this location were speaking to ALL of the customers with respect and professionalism which is difficult to come by in this region. I appreciate the service I received today from that team and Chad was beyond professional and competent - he knows his shit! I don’t do many reviews but I went out of my way to write this one as this seems like a very solid shop. Thanks again.

  Always a busy store. They always do right by the customers. Honest local shop that properly represents a new larger name brand. Prices are reasonable, and you get what you pay for.

  Me and my family have been going here for 10 years. The past 3 times we have taken a car in, there has been problems. I took my car in with a full tank of gas with 360 miles of range. When they returned the car it had 248 miles of range. Ethan Tim was the mechanic working on my car. It is apparent these technicians take customer cars on joy rides or to run errands for parts that my car needed. I took my car in because it was unsafe drive, and what do these people do? Instead of fixing my car, they drive it around town to pick up errands. They incorrectly installed the ball joints and blamed it on another problem that costed another $1,000. We had just ran diagnostics on it and the steering shaft was not a problem. However these people gave me my car back and happily let us pay $1500 all while giving me a broken car back and then blamed it on another problem that they caused. They took no accountability and quite frankly I was uncomfortable letting them have access to my vehicle. Please do not take your car here. They will take it on joy rides, incorrectly installed parts, and damage your vehicle, and do not even have the courage to apologize and take responsibility. Instead they will take more of your money. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had and some of the worst people I have had working on my car.
