It was so cold and windy outside, but he was determined to help. All around great customer service, he deserves a raise. THANK YOU RON!

Called up there and asked to speak with Nick because I knew I’d get the right parts, he told me that he was going on break at a certain time, but I didn’t hear him so I headed up there. When I got there, I seen Nick don’t know if he was having a bad day or not, but he spoke Very rudely to me and said that he told me he was going on break(I didn’t hear that) so he said one of the other employees would have to help me. The lady helping me tried her best, but didn’t have a clue what she was looking for. She informed me that one part they had that I needed, that they had it, but she’d have to search through a lot of them until she found a match(evidently didn’t feel like doing that) she told me that I’d probably need to come back when Nick was off lunch. I understand that he was on lunch, I assumed he was working at the time, because he was out front by the starter and battery tester or battery charging station not sure which one, but after his attitude, I didn’t want to talk to him anymore anyways. Like I said in google reviews! Autozone has been going straight downhill. They need to hire more people with some type of knowledge on the parts they’re selling. Staff is rude, and I’ll take my business to Oreillys from now on
