  Wasn't bad experience just the usual wait for tires , I usual have decent experience with these places due to I only get tires 99 percent of time. They are usual decent on alignment but normally need to wait but with experience schedule it first thing in morning for the alignment rack.

  Disappointing. Why do you try to upcharge instead of giving a fair price? I had noise coming from brakes, so I made an appointment to have my brakes looked at. I received a quote for $450 for one axle for pads and rotors from Belle. Two hours into my appointment, I was told it would be $1089.28 for both axles. ($655.94 was for parts.) I was also told they price match, so I asked about it, but Daniel stated he would have to use inferior pads and rotors in order to price match. I made one call, and made an appointment with another garage for the same ceramic pads, etc. (who charged me $718 after tax). I will not be back to Belle Tire and may tell everyone not to waste their time.

  Nate was my knight in shining armor tonight. We were on the way to Cincinnati to move our daughter out of her apartment and hit something that sliced the sidewall on one of our tires. I called the store, Nate confirmed they had a tire in stock. It was 6 pm, but he said they’d get us back on the road tonight if we could make it to the store by 7 pm. Thank you Nate and the staff for saving the day.

  Would give zero stars if I could. Me and my family were loyal to Tireman and assumed it would be okay once bought out by Belle Tire. My mom, my boyfriend, my dad, and myself have had to take our cars back MULTIPLE times because they could not correct the issue the first time. My boyfriend brought in his Chevy Camaro to fix his power steering FOUR times and they tried to rip him off on repair costs that should’ve been covered under warranty. My mom brought her Honda SUV in three times before they fixed her car battery correctly. My dad/I have brought in my BMW 328i for multiple repairs, most recently for a tire replacement and alignment. They installed tires poorly and I could tell by the air whirring every time I came to slow down and brake to a stop. They also forgot to put the valve caps on the new tires. I got an alignment done at this time as well, which they charged me $129.99 for despite me having a one year alignment protection. I requested refund and they refunded me $39.99 for the cost of the one year protection and not the cost of the alignment they charged me for! I just got the check in the mail today, and was baffled when I opened it because just whe I thought they couldn’t sink lower, they did! When I called about this issue, the person on the phone made it seem like it was my fault for not mentioning I had the one year protection, when they should be the ones keeping track of that information. Shady business practices. Do not bring your car here unless you want inexperienced, incompetent people working on your vehicle. We have given them so many chances as a family to trust this business, but it is not worth the headache or the hassle. It’s cheap for a reason.

  Had a somewhat emergency situation going on and they dealt with it as such, quick quality work, amazing customer service. Would definitely return and recommend this place. Assistant manager Dan fowler helped tremendously. Thanks guys!
