  Anytime I go to an autozone I won’t lie I’m a little picky with my parts people. I can confidently say that this Autozone does a fantastic job in ensuring the right parts the first time. I recently met a redshirt and gray shirt night shift team who was incredibly helpful when I had to keep coming back while working on a job. They definitely helped buy my business back.

  Probably the worst AutoZone I have been to in the Toledo area. No acknowledgment no nothing. It’s like if they were brain dead was planning on spending $300 worth of brake parts going somewhere else they didn’t want the business apparently terrible attitude here I mean yeah it’s on a Sunday but you should be helping the customer too instead of just talking on your phones.

  Multiple times iv attempted to buy a battery but im told they dont have the staff to install it.

  Ron is the best! He replaced my head light bulb, it was no easy task as it backed up to the car battery (no room to move around) and was stuck. It was so cold and windy outside, but he was determined to help. All around great customer service, he deserves a raise. THANK YOU RON!
