  Had winter tires replaced with summer tires. Told them to put my winter tires in back of vehicle, they didn't, I had to get them off the scrap pile. Had tie rods & ball joints replaced. When I went to leave heard a loud bang/grind sound. Went back in and they had to take them off and install the right way. After that it messed up the alignment I had. So, had to get another alignment. Went to leave and my abs & transaction control dash lights were on, must have hit a wire or sensor. Now I have to go back and get that fixed. After all that extra time I spent their and aggrievation they didn't offer and kind discount or anything for all the bs I went through. Don't think I would recommend this shop.

  Encouraged me to buy tires, once purchased said they could install. I get there and Patti (store manager) said that customer service booked my appointment too late and they can’t service my size of tires (35s). Don’t go here if you have a larger vehicle.

  Very nice people but definitely took a lot long than it should have for 4 tires and alignment.

  Very friendly and explained what was going on with my vehicle will cont to go there. Manager seemed pretty trustworthy
