- DSDonna SeichApr 17, 20265.0I had a severe grinding when I applied my brakes and it was found out that I needed rotors and brake pads. During the repair, we found out that there were two pegs that were stuck and needed special attention in order to continue the repair. The whole process was handled so professionally that I would recommend this store to anybody.
- MHMorgan HickmanApr 8, 20261.0Super frustrating experience here. I came in for routine oil change and tire rotation and was told I needed new tires. After purchasing the tires and being told they will install— I booked the appointment only to be told my “appointment was booked too late in the day”. How would a customer know that? The customer service team should be equipped to make those decisions. Then, Patti (store manager) looked at my vehicle and said their machine “couldn’t handle my tires anyway”. Apparently they can’t handle light truck tires? So don’t bring your vehicle here. Save your time.

Busted my car on a pothole in my neighborhood got me in first thing on a Saturday and had me all fixed up and good to go in a couple hours. He is a truly kind and personable man who makes you feel like you aren't at a corporate shop. Thank you for your service to my car and our country and I will definitely be back!

The staff was rude and called the police when we wouldn't leave for or refund or replacement. Highly do not recommend this place and they are high priced company for the the work that was done.
