Its been less than a month since that shop did an oil change on my car and still told us we needed an oil change. The engine and cabin filters were changed less than 6 months ago but wants us to change them. Puts on the paper that my car doesn't have a Pitman arm. Of course it doesn't, the car never had one in the first place. I feel bad for people who have no ideas about their cars and this shop is taking advantage of them.
