Such a refreshing experience! I knew I wanted a Seltos EX, and the team never pressured me into extras or other options. They secured the exact car I wanted at a great price. I’d gladly drive an hour again for this level of service. Thank you to Tracy, Wesley, Victor, and especially Cordale for making the process outstanding!

Deceived in multiple ways to increase total lease cost by ~30 %. 1. I live in NC, but they charged registration fee and EV registration fee for OH ($200) disguised as Electronic Filing Fee. When I complained, they refunded registration fee but not EV one. The sales manager, Jeffrey Rosen claimed that $200 is for temporary tag and that OH residents pay $200 again for the annual one. 2. They charged documentation fee of $387. Since I was to do my own registration in NC, I demanded refund, but Jeffrey refused, writing that “$387 dealer documentary fee is also required on every new and used car sold in Ohio” and “amount is regulated and set by the State of Ohio.” He didn’t change stance when I pointed out that $387 is the maximum allowed by the state, so it’s not true that it’s set by the state and charged for every car sold in OH. 3. He also provided wrong information that documents and refund have to go directly to NC DMV. They ended up coming to me. 4. The biggest portion is protection plans. The cost shown to me by their finance manager, Victor Mick, before the deal was less than $10/month for a single protection plan, but it turned out to be ~$95/month for two plans, totaling ~$2300. Complaining, Jeffrey offered prorated refund, but when I asked for it, he started ignoring me. 5. Victor also lied that the remainder of Drive Off fee after my $1000 deposit, ~$800, would be covered by them. some rant Only positive was Toi Evans, who handled documents and was great. I regret that I dealt with them in good faith. I was sure they were making some profits with the fees, but I was expecting hundreds, not thousands. Don’t trust Victor Mick, especially, and check every number on the last contract. Don’t rely on what was said or shown beforehand. They had to call me and make a 2nd contract because they made a mistake w/ tax. Hadn’t made sense of the numbers at that point, yet, but I got to record Victor lying again during the call. Evidence including that was sent to attorney general. Recently received a copy of the mail attorney general sent to them indicating that they failed to reply twice already. The letter mentions that ignoring is a good reason for further action like investigation. I’m willing to take refunds of what’s mentioned minus the registration fee because of Toi Evans. But if I have to go further, I’ll be including my time and costs incurred. And if possible, criminal charges for frauds they committed. Oh, protection plans refund shouldn’t be prorated since it’s not like health or car insurance, covering risk day-to-day. It’s about the status of the car at the end of the lease. Not to mention they got me through deception. I’m fine if I don’t get any money for something like lawyer fee. They should face some consequences so that they’ll think again before deceiving people. Not that I don’t want my fair share. 😊 I’ll try to remember to update this if changes occur.

I had an absolutely awesome experience at Diehl Kia of Massillon. Daniel Hewitt was quick on the uptake and pointed me in the direction of a vehicle that not only met my needs for a vehicle but also one that fell right in my price range. I went in with anxiety that they wouldn’t want my old trade in with still quite a few payments on it but Vic was quick with the numbers and moved stuff around in a way that I truly couldn’t have been happier about the price and terms of the loan. I would recommend them to all my friends and family, if you need a new car this is the place to go. 5/5

I want to leave MASON a 5 STAR review. He deserves all the credit, me and my aunt were in there a few weeks back and HE and ONLY he helped us, I couldn't afford what was being offered to me at the time so I declined, I called on November 1st, I said who I was and would like to speak to the sales Rep that helped me out could you please direct me to him, a gentleman asked for my name and number placed me on hold came back and said his name was Keil ( in my head I'm like this voice don't sound familiar) anyways he says he will look see what's available. Keil later calls back and says he has something in my price range, we talk, he seems pushy so I say I'll be there in the morning if it's meant for me it'll be there. I get there MASON says hey what's up, I'm like I talked to you on the phone about a 2016 kia soul. He looks me up this Keil person WHOM I've NEVER meet has his name all over the paper work like its his deal. AND not to mention NEVER came over to introduce hisself or nothing or nothing,. With all that being said MASON did ALL the work and the fiance department was MORE than helpful and I'm so grateful and appreciative for helping me get my payment where I needed them to be. So unfortunately with Keil trying to take from someone else's pockets ( which I hope after this he doesn't get any money out of this deal) I am leaving a 3 stat review.

The Dan’s were awesome, with Dan Hewitt mastering the skill of really listening to what I did AND did not want! Vic was as well, his financial knowledge was a breath of fresh air for this 26 year Veteran to real estate financing! Keto and Tracy also helped out to make this a very smooth transaction at a terrible time in my life…thank you all for making me feel a part of your Kia family.
