  Great experience! We met Derek first from our initial inquiry and was transferred to Matt. We can tell that Derek was patient with our inquiries and we appreciate that he handed us off to Matt with all the info we already provided. Our correspondence with Matt was very professional and informative. We had lots of questions and exchanges but we never felt that he was getting impatient with us. He provided all the info and clarifications thru email which saved us time and helped us decide to buy our car. When we got there, he was very respectful of our time and everything was prepared ahead. The color we got was not in their inventory but Matt helped us get exactly what we want in just a few days! We didn't need to wait for very long and drove home with our car! Love that Matt and Chris (GM) followed up in just days to make sure everything is going good with our car. Definitely recommend Diehl Hyundai!

  I had an appointment set up with Ryan after looking at a vehicle on the website. Ryan was extremely helpful the whole time, he understood my situation and was able to find the perfect fit for me, he was also extremely nice and very respectful. Rob the finance man (idk the correct term) was extremely helpful as well and provided me with a lot of helpful information. Overall i couldn’t of asked for a better experience, Ryan and Rob were absolutely amazing, and i left the lot with my first brand new vehicle that i’m absolutely in love with

  At first it was great I got a nice car and my experience was good until I took it to get looked at after I bought it, in their defense they did give me the opportunity to drive it to get it looked at but after hours of being there I didn’t want to and that was my fault, but after getting it looked at I was giving false information, there was more owners than they said it had, more accidents than they said it had and when I took it back up to see if they would fix what they said they already fixed they wouldn’t pay for it, even their own body shop said it was never fixed! The bumper doesn’t even fit on the car and it was the little things they pointed out on why my bumper don’t fit and it would of cost almost 2000 dollars to fix, and their own body shop noticed someone put white out on it to make it look good, and I am stuck with it! So just make sure when any dealer offers you to go get it looked at don’t be a fool please take it to get it looked at, don’t matter how tired you are just take it! I have a 13 thousand dollar car that needs 3 thousand to fix everything

  Sales are for the most part ok.... was lied to about what came with my vehicle... service horrible.. They don't take the time to figure out what is going on completely...an Don't try an help out the person that checks your car in.... she may try to run you over. An their customer service really stinks. They don't follow thru or up on anything.

  Not only has my best friend had his car completely ruined by a bad oil change here, but so has another loved one of mine. Both times they got extremely lucky and could have the cars towed, but the engines were either completely ruined or almost ruined. I'm not a mechanic, but if you are one, it is your job to make sure your work on the cars is done properly. The upside is that this dealership DOES, thankfully, compensate for damages. That much is appriciated.
