  Was in the market for a new CRV for my wife. Got a quote from another dealership and wasn't too thrilled. Decided to stop at Diehl. Patrick was the salesman that met with me. He didn't fart around. He got me a good quote quickly and a fair deal for my trade-in. I bought the CRV and wife is happy. It would be nice if the paperwork signing portion of the deal was a little quicker, but it's understandable as there is a lot of documentation that has to be completed. They had me complete the paperwork on an iPad and gave me a USB drive with digital copies of all of the documents. I thought that was pretty neat. Overall, a fairly pleasant experience and would have no problems buying another car here or recommending Diehl to someone else.

  Outstanding customer service. They listened to what my needs were and budget and I got the car that was excellent for me. I won't shop anywhere else for a car. Thank you Patrick and entire team.

  I give 4 stars to Diehl Honda overall. I know this will sound weird. I always wanted a Z71 Colorado 4x4. So, yes I found one at Diehl Honda in Tiger Town Massillon Ohio. 25 Chevy Colorado Z71 4x4 and it was what I wanted Black on Black. So I traveled from home 20 miles out. Got there and Duane Carnahan had it pulled up front ready to go. I met Duane and couldn't have found a more nicer man than he for my salesman. He was kind, considerate, respectful and most of all he listened to understand my needs. He got up into the batter box and went to bat for me. We test drove it. ✔️ this baby got some pep. So very comfortable. Duane has a wonderful sense of humor. I noticed the discrepancy. He addressed it. We got back. Sat at his desk. Then met with Bob Mchue. Sales Manager. Bob is fantastic man who treats everyone with the Love of Jesus as it flows through him. He is a Pastor. But he more than a Pastor. Simply he lives what he believes. Folks yes I bought a Chevy at a Honda dealership. But I prayed to find this one. Boom. God brought me there. He brought Duane and Bob into it. Honda takes care of there customers even if you dont buy a Honda. I am a retired US Navy Veteran. I know I am a stickler for things. Just plain stubborn I reckon. But without hesitation I fully recommend Duane and Bob to do your deals. Cody Seeseberger as well. There Service department is outstanding. To the Diehls family Bravo Zulu for a wonderful staff. 4 stars. Why? Bc not so good experience with Rodney in finance. What I mean is He was moving so fast on my delivery to get me done and I mean he knows his job well I am sure. But it would been nice if he asked me if I wanted the extended warranty and what that warranty entitled. Instead of assuming. Plus he overtalked me a few times. Then Toi in title clerk office. All forms were signed. So my paperwork held up bc she lost a document. My view all dealership had to do is have Duane call me. I would have happily have come back and signed document lost by her. Instead she sent it by UPS and the UPS delivery threw down on ground by my garage. Neighbors seen it and told me. Not one mention to me. Not one call. Your finance and Title clerk Deihl Honda can do better!!!!
