    Today, I changed my brake pads and oil changed. I waited at the shop for a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes. I watched from the waiting room as my car sat idle for an hour, unattended. I was charged over $500, and when I tried to use a coupon I'd received on the shop website to get a discount, he told me, "The price has already been discounted, so the coupon can't be used." I was dumbfounded. The coupon seemed fake. For my first experience of the new year, it wasn't a pleasant experience.
