From Taylor taking my initial call to Brian checking me in and ringing me out, Roberto performing the work and Malachi giving a final inspection... top notch all around. Taylor provided a time estimate, when I called and when service was completed, they actually came in under the estimated/quoted wait time. I had my 2 year old daughter waiting with me and Brian made sure she was well taken care of as well So he got her "stamp of approval", too and she gave Brian a thumbs up and even said a "see you later".... which is accurate because they definitely won our continued business. Excellent and professional service and good pricing. Great group of men working there!

I submitted everything, but was told the full-page receipt didn't meet the requirements and that a paper credit card machine was required. I was required to verify my address 5 times, but they refused to issue the rebate. I called Tire Discounters, explained the issue, and they said they would look into it and call me back. I never heard anything. I will not go back or buy Michelin Tires in the future. Also, I created an appointment online with specific tire that stated they were in stock, but they weren't and had to get tires I really didn't want.
