But recently the rear wiper blade got ripped off and the wiper arm ended up cracked. It looked like one of the rotating brushes caught it during the wash about halfway through. I filed a report right there at the location with management, and they were professional about it. She also retrieved my wiper blade in the car wash which is very appreciated. I also submitted a damage claim and got an email back saying they received it. The email said their policy is to get in touch within 24 hours on weekdays, and that customer service would handle it personally. Customer service got back to me swiftly and made it right.
